Success is the final outcome of many hard experiments and bad failures. We should all understand that if we don't get the desired outcome we want, then it is simply feedback. Humans have learned only through mistakes. Nothing is impossible in this world if we have real motivations and desire to achieve it. Failure is the small obstacle that tries to pull us back. Many obstacles can be found in our way and make us fail but we should go on with new strategies and more energy.
History has shown time and again that if people maintain the belief systems that encourage them, they will keep coming back with enough actions and enough resourcefulness to succeed eventually. Abraham Lincoln lost some elections, but he continued to believe in his ability. He refused to be cowed by his failures and finally he achieved it. When he did, he changed the history of his country.
Sometimes people produce result simply because they don't know something is impossible. There is a story of a young man who fell asleep during his math class. He woke up as the bell rang, looked up at the blackboard and quickly copied two problems that were there. He thought they were the homework. He went home and labored all day and night. He couldn't figure out either one, but he kept trying for weeks and finally he got answer to one and brought to the class. The teacher was absolutely stunned. It turned out the problem he'd solved was supposedly unsolvable. If he had known that he probably wouldn't have solved it.
Dedications, hard work, motivations are the key components of success. If people had given up, then would have been still in that Stone Age. People are now able to reach other planets and moon also. If Einstein had given up then, we wouldn't have seen the atom bomb and if Thomas Edison had given up after his 9,999 times of failure, then we would have been still living in darkness. We must thank to his failures and most importantly his courage and dedications to his work.
Our doubts are traitors. The fear of failure makes the things impossible to achieve. Many struggles, failures, complications make the final product really beautiful. The timber tree becomes tougher when it bears heavy winds. Future is really uncertain. We don’t know what the result may be. The result that is obtained easily may not be as beautiful and perfect as the result obtained with great struggles and failures.
We know that failure is temporary but giving up makes it permanent. So never give up, always go on.

ETERNAL OPTIMISM
Optimism is the powerful tool to conquer the happiness.It is the last and best option to adopt when we discover that we can't win the game by anything else.Optimism is an inclination to put the most favorable construction upon actions or to anticipate the best possible outcome.It is the energy which gives us power to think
that everything is possible.It enlightens us to feel that we live in the best of all worlds.No matter what is happening around us, if
we can develop our positive attitude at the core of our being, we will equip ourself to survive any challenge, any disappointment,
any crisis, and any source of upset.An optimist always thinks that some terrific will happen no matter how dark the present.
An optimist always hopes a glimpse of light even in a scary
darkness. If a door is closed, an optimist tries for next door or make a door himself.A common conundrum illustrates optimism-versus-pessimism with the question, does one regard a given glass of water, filled to half its capacity, as half full or as half
empty? Conventional wisdom expects optimists to reply, "Half full," and pessimists to respond, "Half empty" . An optimist

Optimism does have positive influence on other also.Once, there were two business partners. Unluckily,one partner lost 2 billions in share. So, he felt very guilty and couldnt face his partner. He even tried of winding up his life for that huge loss. Surprisingly his partner came and thanked him that he lost only 2 billions and further added if there were other, they would have lost further
more. These positive words influenced that depressed partner so much that he toiled himself and made the business in profit instantly. Finally, their business became opulent.
People who consistently exhibit a positive attitude are more likely to stay healthier, look fitter, and recover faster from any illnesses they do undergo. Deciding to seize ones dream means I am doing what it takes to make my dream a reality. I have a dream means I wish to
achieve but seizing my dream makes me the real achiever.All have dream but few makes it a reality.Dreaming is not great but acquiring it make so. It says I am in control of my dream. This takes consistent work and commitment. In order for this to happen we must move from thinking about it to doing something about it.It is essential for us to realize that seizing our dream means we will experience setbacks, frustration, and disappointment however we must weather the storm. In order to seize the dream within us we must began to think and act in terms of where we want to be rather than where we are.
How often have you had a dream, something you just knew in your heart you wanted and could do even though you had no idea how, and you shot yourself down. If you did pursue it you did what most people do, you took that dream and shrank it till it was only a tiny fraction of what you could have accomplished, until it was big enough to fit into the box of your comfort zone and leave you pretty much unchanged.Dream can come out from seeing other,being somewhat like that;getting the things which are supposed to be quite cozy and high.
Some go on dreaming and some work for it.Today,many of us are in same condition.We weave a good dream,we know we should acquire it but we just go on living in our own way keeping it beside.Sometimes we have good plans for our dream but we are forced to sacrify it for the society and parents.Smash through the boundaries of what you believe is possible and break loose from your own limitation. If your dream is to be the richest of country within 15 years,then go for it!The richest person idea will come if you visualize it, believe in it, expect it ,go completely into it and get totally psyched about it.

Tranquility of mind is the beautiful way of living our life. It is the beautiful symbol of wisdom. TALK ON SEX
Sex…. I thought for a while but how I can write on this topic so openly. Then, my mind pointed on the fact that it is the fundamental need of our life. Then I continued with it. Really, it is the father of creation. If there were no sex then, I wouldn’t have been in this world. For me to be in this world, I should be called by two person and they are my parents.The world is revolving and the generations are passed till now due to one act what we call a sex. We can’t imagine the new generations without it. It is the addiction to drug or whatsoever in the form of sex. It forms a bridge to form the chain of generations. All living beings perform this act in various forms. Plants do it in the name of pollination and we do in the name of sex. Animals are also the active member on this. We often talk on our basic needs such as food, clothes, shelter but why there is hush hush on this topic.
The world is revolving round and round and living beings are chained up due to this sex. It is universal. It can’t be concealed and stopped. Our society has conservative and traditional view on this. It hasn’t been able to find its place on the list of freely talked subject. Still many people lower their head due to shyness when this topic gets introduced. Sex education is slowly getting popular. That’s fine but still it seems skimpy. So, due to this also, its real and pure form is dirtied. People are more into porn and sex videos. Even children are the bad victims. These kinds of activities can bring forward many problems and complications. These activities can ruin people mind and can induce them for great crimes.
Some people aren’t satisfied with it still. So, they indulge themselves in various crimes like rape. These crimes are really bad diseases in the society, so they must be uprooted. Sex itself is pure but people are making it impure. Today, in our society, rape cases are often heard. Even immature children are sexually exploited. Girls are the poor victims. PLEASURES OF READING
Reading books is one of the wonderful charms of a cultured life. The man who doesn't read book is imprisoned in his immediate world. It hits our narrow, delicate, intolerant views with new ideas and strong facts. It stimulates growing up instead of growing old. A good book takes a reader to different countries or ages. W. Basil Worsfold says, through literature we learn wisdom from Aristotle, geometry from Euclid, law from Justinian and morality from Christ and St. Paul. Creative literature attracts all. It nourishes youth, entertains old, and solaces adversity. Really, it prepares us to face life cheerfully. Good books let us into their own soul and lay open our own secret. Reading is the great form of learning and enjoying. Let us play with each words of book and explore the real happiness and joy.
Sometimes when we are required to read so many books that other people want us to read, we forget that we can still read for ourselves. Reading becomes an exercise in choking down as many pages as possible--while retaining the relevant information for that test or essay. Then, when we finally have the diploma or the degree (or we move on with our lives), we breathe a huge sigh of relief. Yes, you may need a break from reading... but don't let academia ruin the pleasure of reading forever. Reading is fun. It's just a matter of remembering what you once enjoyed reading. Get back to it!.

It excites thought, increases our vitality and influences our personal conduct. A book is the only place in which you can examine a fragile thought without breaking it, or explore an explosive idea without fear it will go off in your face. They are the true friends; they will neither flatter nor dissemble. I am sure you live several lives while reading it. Anyone who says they have only one life to live must not know how to read a book.
All books aren't the best. There is one saying "Don't read health books, you may die of misprint". So, sometimes, they are fatal. We can pick up a book from the libraries of our interest. It can be literature, biography, or history and many more. Great poems and novels also give us an insight to us. For a look, Shakespeare's Macbeth mirrors our dishonest ambitions. I find television to be very fruitful and educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go in the other room and read a book.
One day, somewhere if you feel lonely, don't get disappointed, be a friend of a good book, conquer each word and play with them. You will get the real pleasure

THE ME N THE HER(STORY)
"Oh! It's already 10:30" I rushed to my room to find my cell. There were 10 missed calls of her. Then, I called back her and said "Sorry! I was busy today". Then, she replied "It's ok". Then, we continued with our conversation.
Every night, when the hand of clock points to 10, I rush in a hurry to find my cell for the call. My heart starts jumping with joy when my ears hear her soft and innocent voice. I don't know what her voice really does have. Every word she delivers adds one more brick to my energy to live my life more beautifully. We get completely lost into ourselves. We don't care how much time and money we spend, we just go on with our conversation. Sometimes, we talk about weathers, sometimes we tend to be romantic and for a change, sometimes we pour our anger over each other.
While wrapping up our conversation I say to her "I love you, goodnight" and she returns joyfully "Love you too, very much, Brabim, you take care and I will soon come to your home for our nice date". Then, I sleep with peace in my heart every dark night.
The very first time where I met this pretty girl was perhaps my home. She came with my sister. I was in my room. There were big sounds of girls. Then, door was pushed from outside. Finally, it was opened and the girl approached near me. Actually, I was kind of shy from my childhood days. I hardly talked to any girl. Then the girl roamed around my room for a while.
After sometime, she came near my place. I ignored her and didn't speak a word. I was writing my article listening to some cool music. Then, she said "Hi, I am Anisa, what is your name?" I didn't give her any response and continued with my work. Then, she picked up some of my articles that were scattered on my bed. She went with each word and said "It's really awesome and beautiful. Your articles really inspired me" This time also, I didn't give her any space. Then she disappeared from my place. After some period, I again went through my articles that she had left there and I found them really inspiring and good that time which I had never felt before. I quickly rushed to meet her but later I knew she had already left the place. I regretted myself for not responding to her that day. I wished if I had spoken with her once. She did try to speak with me so much but each time I made her disappointed.
I once picked up my sister's cell without informing her and remembered her number. I saved her number in mine. At night, I wrote her a message- "I am sorry, today; I didn't talk to you and thank you for praising my article". Then, after quarter of an hour, there was a message "It's ok, don't be sorry yar, your articles are really awesome, you keep on writing, you will do great one day" Really, that message gave me a new ray of hope. I was more motivated to write. I read the message five times that day.
Then I started calling her and so she did. We became good friends. Then, our frequency of conversation at night gained its height. I started calling her my girlfriend and in a response, she didn't hit me with sandals or gave me a slap. She also started calling me her boyfriend.
Sometimes, I used to call her from my friend's cell and get a bad scold for emptying their balance. Sometimes she did from her relative's home. My friends started teasing me by calling her name. Even, my parents and relatives didn't leave me. I couldn't argue with them and give them explanations that she was only my good friend. This is because perhaps I enjoyed all these.
Sometimes, when I get myself lonely, I just call her and she always gives me a good company. I share with her every ups and downs of my life. When I be completely in a dilemma to chose the way of my life, then she is always there by my side to help me choose the correct one. When I face any problem, she always gives the right solution. So, this is the reason why we are the best friends.
One day, I left her a message- "Tomorrow is my birthday. so, come fast and we will have nice dating. Love you dear". I waited for her reply but she didn't give. I called her next day but she ignored my call. She didn't attend my birthday party. I looked her around but she wasn't there.
She didn't called me for a couple of weeks and one day she called me and said "Brabim, sorry, I couldn't call you. That day, my dad saw your message. He just stared at me with anger but did nothing. I couldn't call you but yesterday, I cleared him all confusions and assured him, we are just the best friends, that's all."
Then, I realized my silly mistake and felt very guilty. Then, from that day, I never left her any message, just I called her. I was also aware of not committing the same mistakes again. I didn't want to lose such a friend at any cost. She was the beautiful page of my life. I didn't want to lost or tear it anyway.
She comes to my home with my sister and we talk for hours. She really enjoys in our family. We do our so called dating in our own home talking for hours. When we are angry, we say we broke up and immediately we patch up. We are always eager to be together because we like to be together. We are happy because we don't have to fear of any setbacks of tragedies which mostly occur in love.
Who said Mercury and Venus can't be good friends? Surely, they can. Today, when I take my step back in my life, I find our relation so amazing and that may be the reason I like the relation. It is pure and ever lasting. It doesn't need any explanation and we are happy for each other. She always wishes for my success and I do wish for her. And for my part, I call this as love in a friendship.

Sometimes, we talk about weathers, sometimes we tend to be romantic and for a change, sometimes we pour our anger over each other.
While wrapping up our conversation I say to her "I love you, goodnight" and she returns joyfully "Love you too, very much, Brabim, you take care and I will soon come to your home for our nice date". Then, I sleep with peace in my heart every dark night.
The very first time where I met this pretty girl was perhaps my home. She came with my sister. I was in my room. There were big sounds of girls. Then, door was pushed from outside. Finally, it was opened and the girl approached near me. Actually, I was kind of shy from my childhood days. I hardly talked to any girl. Then the girl roamed around my room for a while.
After sometime, she came near my place. I ignored her and didn't speak a word. I was writing my article listening to some cool music. Then, she said "Hi, I am Anisa, what is your name?" I didn't give her any response and continued with my work. Then, she picked up some of my articles that were scattered on my bed. She went with each word and said "It's really awesome and beautiful. Your articles really inspired me" This time also, I didn't give her any space. Then she disappeared from my place. After some period, I again went through my articles that she had left there and I found them really inspiring and good that time which I had never felt before. I quickly rushed to meet her but later I knew she had already left the place. I regretted myself for not responding to her that day. I wished if I had spoken with her once. She did try to speak with me so much but each time I made her disappointed.
I once picked up my sister's cell without informing her and remembered her number. I saved her number in mine. At night, I wrote her a message- "I am sorry, today; I didn't talk to you and thank you for praising my article". Then, after quarter of an hour, there was a message "It's ok, don't be sorry yar, your articles are really awesome, you keep on writing, you will do great one day" Really, that message gave me a new ray of hope. I was more motivated to write. I read the message five times that day.
Then I started calling her and so she did. We became good friends. Then, our frequency of conversation at night gained its height. I started calling her my girlfriend and in a response, she didn't hit me with sandals or gave me a slap. She also started calling me her boyfriend.
Sometimes, I used to call her from my friend's cell and get a bad scold for emptying their balance. Sometimes she did from her relative's home. My friends started teasing me by calling her name. Even, my parents and relatives didn't leave me. I couldn't argue with them and give them explanations that she was only my good friend. This is because perhaps I enjoyed all these.
Sometimes, when I get myself lonely, I just call her and she always gives me a good company. I share with her every ups and downs of my life. When I be completely in a dilemma to chose the way of my life, then she is always there by my side to help me choose the correct one. When I face any problem, she always gives the right solution. So, this is the reason why we are the best friends.
One day, I left her a message- "Tomorrow is my birthday. so, come fast and we will have nice dating. Love you dear". I waited for her reply but she didn't give. I called her next day but she ignored my call. She didn't attend my birthday party. I looked her around but she wasn't there.
She didn't called me for a couple of weeks and one day she called me and said "Brabim, sorry, I couldn't call you. That day, my dad saw your message. He just stared at me with anger but did nothing. I couldn't call you but yesterday, I cleared him all confusions and assured him, we are just the best friends, that's all."
Then, I realized my silly mistake and felt very guilty. Then, from that day, I never left her any message, just I called her. I was also aware of not committing the same mistakes again. I didn't want to lose such a friend at any cost. She was the beautiful page of my life. I didn't want to lost or tear it anyway.
She comes to my home with my sister and we talk for hours. She really enjoys in our family. We do our so called dating in our own home talking for hours. When we are angry, we say we broke up and immediately we patch up. We are always eager to be together because we like to be together. We are happy because we don't have to fear of any setbacks of tragedies which mostly occur in love.
Who said Mercury and Venus can't be good friends? Surely, they can. Today, when I take my step back in my life, I find our relation so amazing and that may be the reason I like the relation. It is pure and ever lasting. It doesn't need any explanation and we are happy for each other. She always wishes for my success and I do wish for her. And for my part, I call this as love in a friendship.
Come Alive for real
Nowadays, many of us are struggling hard to chase the dreams seen by others. We simply pick up a dream to be a doctor, engineer or something famous because our parents, society want that. We don't give a single moment from our tight schedules to discover our passion.. Sometimes we bury our passions deeply because of something that has happened in our life or out of the fear of what may be asked of us should we open this area of our life. We cannot open ourselves to our passion or our purpose until we are prepared to go beyond our comfort zone, scary perhaps, rewarding definitely.
We can begin to identify our passion when we ask ourselves questions about what we really feel strongly about. What would we defend to the death? What sparks our excitement? What is the most important thing for us? What do we thoroughly enjoy in life? What makes us come alive? What brings great joy? Maybe our answers are tentative at first. Maybe we have more than one thing that sparks our passion. That's fine. Sometimes our passion evolves as we pay attention to it. When we allow ourselves time to explore our passion, more opportunities for it will show up. We should grab that passion when it is present. Finding our passion and expressing it in our life and work is a wonderful way to make our life meaningful and fulfilling. And isn't that what living is all about?
If you discover that you have passion for art, music or something else, go completely for it no matter where the majority are. When you are inspired by a passion or purpose which lights up your life your world expands beyond bounds and previously conceived boundaries and you discover yourself to be a greater person than you can imagine. Along your path of discovery there will be those that will endeavor to discourage you. Do not let anyone steal them from your - do not be distracted. It is only by persevering that you will achieve and live out your passion and purpose. Never underestimate the greatness that is in all of us. If we turn out the pages of history, greatest things were created when there was a perfect blend of passion and devotion. Albert Einstein, the man with beautiful mind discovered his passion, toiled on it and finally gave the science new way. Could we know Picasso if had chosen to be doctor or soldier? He had passion in art, he went discovering himself and finally died ending up as Picasso, the great artist.

Facebookians! Be aware of facebook
Today, most of the people; old or young, students or officers or almost all walks of people are addicted to a drug or whatsoever in the form of facebook. Most of us have become facebookians. It is a social networking site. Mark Zuckerberg, the company’s 24 year-old co- founder and chairman founded this site. It is taking over our lives rapidly. It did spread like virus. It is wildly popular all over. Facebook reconnects regular folks with old friends and strengthens their bonds with new pals. It can do a magic to rebuild a family. Facebook has also become a vehicle for broad-based activism — like the people who organized on the site last year and mobilized 12 million people to march in protests around the globe against practices of the FARC rebels in Colombia. It has proved itself a milestone. Today people are mad about it.
It is not the exception. It has darker sides too. We know them but we aren’t aware. How can we be? We are the addict of it. Even the most distinguished product can have its disadvantages and can cause some predicament with one's character. Talk about long distance relationships, Facebook would be the one answer friends, family and lovers can count on. We are uploading photoes to a great but not that may be the right posture. Some relationships tumble down due to facts like these. We are killing our valuable time and giving to it. We are just looping our mind on it. During the time we could have utilize in creating something new or fostering ourselves. If we give such devotions and passions to our works then our work would be beautiful. Have we ever thought of making such creative site? May be not, we are happy on enjoying other creation.

I am not arguing here that facebook is all way bad. It is a damn good. We shouldn’t be so much addicted that we forget our chores. We should be good followers of it. In order to get entertainment or prevent the entry of devil in our blank mind we can be good friend of it. Isn’t it wonderful that we can find our friends with a click? It’s a marvelous invention.

It’s okay my dear opposite sex pals if you are flawed. It’ll go well with our blemishes. Nothing annoys us more than someone who’s always chirping like a bird, whose outfits doesn’t match her. Its okey if your hair doesn’t shine or is too short.We need a little friction. We don’t need sexy move or walk like cat. The typical screen heroine with screaming like oouch! Ouch!! and may go well with a bag of popcorn. When it comes down to real life we don’t want someone unknowingly perfect. We want real and true friend and companion..
So go ahead, honey, open a can of beer and watch that serials(kuynki saas vi kabhi bahu thi) all week and . . Don’t mind our menacing scowls and threatening looks. Just remember, diamonds are very pretty and animals are also too sexy coz they dnt wear. So just relax girls!!

The latest novel by our favorite author waiting by our bedside table when we wake up. Our favourite sports popping up in the tv when you dont talk about serials. As far as love is concerned, it’s the little things rather than the unimaginative extravaganzas that make out toes curl.

Don’t imagine we say that if you ask for drink and we will take advantage of you. If we have bikes, you will ask for thousand lifts. That’s for sure. You cant make the things out saying Honey! Let it go. We want care. A good smile and good response when we approach you. A good response and solution when we need. Main thing is compromise dear. You girls should enjoy our bikes even if it is Honda or our fathers old bike. Its not that bike change and girlfriend change ok. It means you are loving bike. A soft chat when we really need a companion. A call when we feel lonely. We don’t need saying darling!! Muhwaa!!!, we expect she might say- how are you? How is your work and study.
